Community Partner Award goes to OBC staffers

OBC staff members Sarah and David were recently recognized for their work with the OBC’s Moneywise financial management program. Moneywise assists families and singles overcome issues such as debt, bills, or service contracts that make it difficult to make ends meet. The OBC staffers were presented with the Social Innovation Community Partner Award. It was presented to them for their work with the staff and members of LiveWorkPlay. That organization helps “the community welcome people with intellectual disabilities to live, work, and play as valued citizens.” Business Partner International sponsored the award.
